Compare Lumx to other stablecoin payment providers

Lumx is stablecoin payments infrastructure for businesses moving money between Latin America and the rest of the world. See how it compares to BlindPay, Bridge, Avenia, Transfero, and Trace Finance, on currencies and corridors, local rails, custody, compliance, and pricing.

An honest index

These are the providers buyers most often evaluate alongside Lumx. Each card links to a full side-by-side. Where a competitor is genuinely stronger, we say so.

Local currency is the product

Lumx collects and pays out in BRL over PIX, MXN over SPEI, COP over PSE and Bre-B, USD over ACH and FEDWIRE, EUR over SEPA, and GBP over Faster Payments, with SWIFT reaching the rest in USD. Named virtual accounts and on-behalf-of collections and payments in USD, EUR, and GBP cover the other direction, so one integration handles money in and money out without opening a local entity in each country.

Compliance inside the API

KYB, KYC and transaction monitoring run inside the payment flow: KYB clears in one business day, identity through Sumsub, on-chain screening through Chainalysis. Lumx SPSAV Ltda operates in Brazil under BCB Resolution 520/2025, Article 88, and Lumx US OP LLC is a FinCEN-registered money services business, MSB 31000316459619.

Sources are the provider’s own site and docs, read on a stated date.

Every page shows the month it was last checked.

What a provider does not publish is left out, not estimated.

When a competitor does something Lumx does not, the page says so.

Coverage is measured the same way on both sides.

Regulation counts as a difference between regimes, not within one.

Frequently asked questions

What buyers ask before they trust a page where a company compares itself to someone else.

  • How do you choose which providers appear here?

The providers buyers most often evaluate alongside Lumx for Latin American corridors. It is not a ranking, and a provider being absent does not mean it was rejected — it means the page is not written yet.

  • How often are these comparisons updated?

Each page carries the month it was last checked, so you can see how current it is before you rely on it. We re-read the provider's own sources whenever a page is revised.

  • What if the other provider is a better fit for what I need?

The page says so. Every comparison has a section on where the other provider fits and what it does that Lumx does not, by design. A wrong fit costs you more than a lost deal costs us.

  • Can I use Lumx alongside another provider?

Yes, and it is a common setup: one provider for a corridor or capability, Lumx for the payout leg. Every comparison has a section on running both.

  • Where do the facts about competitors come from?

Each provider's own website and public documentation, with the date they were read. Anything a provider does not publish is left out rather than estimated.

  • How do you compare pricing when providers publish so little?

By naming what each one publishes and marking what it does not. Lumx charges a monthly platform fee plus usage-based per-transaction fees, with transparent FX on locked quotes and no pre-funding, and does not publish plans.
