EUR and GBP autoconversion rules

You can now create autoconversion rules for EUR and GBP accounts:

• sourceDepositInfo returns the details to share with the sender: iban and bic for SEPA, sortCode and accountNumber for FPS.

• As with USD, deposits are matched to the account, so each customer can have one active EUR rule and one active GBP rule at a time.
